Remelin partners with biotech and cosmetic companies developing modern beauty and longevity products. We support every stage of research and development and turn promising discoveries into products that clear regulatory review, manufacturing, and launch.
Target validation, competitive landscaping, and go/no-go frameworks that keep early research focused on the programs worth funding.
Study design, CRO selection, and data packages built to withstand regulatory scrutiny before you ever file.
IND/CTA preparation, agency engagement, and trial design that anticipates review questions instead of reacting to them.
Process development and tech transfer support that scales from bench to GMP without losing product quality.
Market access, pricing strategy, and launch planning grounded in payer and provider realities, not projections alone.
Data room preparation and scientific due diligence support for teams raising from investors who will ask hard questions.
A look at the day-to-day work behind the strategy — from in vivo studies to advanced tissue imaging.
Our core expertise is complimented by knowledge of our trusted partners across R&D in major therapeutic areas, AI in health care and beyond, and in global manufacturing and distribution.
We work in close collaboration with your internal team, building a partnership and collaboration first.
We spend two to three weeks embedded with your team, reviewing existing data, interviewing your scientific and operational leads, and mapping the gaps between where the program stands and what the next milestone requires.
We design the development plan, regulatory pathway, and resourcing model together with your team, stress-testing assumptions against precedent programs and current agency guidance before anything is finalized.
Our consultants stay engaged through execution — running study oversight, vendor management, and milestone tracking — so strategy doesn't stall the moment it meets the lab or the clinic.
Remelin is guided by leadership with decades of hands-on experience across research, translational medicine, and company building.
Dr. Potapova holds advanced degrees in physics and biochemistry, and completed postdoctoral research in cancer biology and molecular genetics. Her early career included oncology drug development work at Pfizer and SUGEN, contributing to targeted therapy programs, and she has served as a Principal Investigator for The Cancer Genome Atlas since 2010. Before founding Remelin, she built and led a global translational research and biospecimen organization, working with biopharma partners across oncology, diagnostics, and precision medicine. She brings this same bench-to-industry experience to guiding biotech and cosmetic companies through research, development, and product launch.
